A lot of organizations that try the hackathon thing are again, very developer-centric because developers can go build something. So tactically speaking, I think a lot of marketing teams maybe have regular things, deliverables that they have. They really do ship it. You're allowed not to do work for like 48 hours or something like that. The most important thing is finding some time in your regular schedule to do this as I think is important.
