Is There a Difference Between Women and Men?

Author tara moore talks about her book, plang big. Do you think there is a different way that we relate to our inner critic if we're men or women? Women feel more self doubt around the things that are associated with masculinity in our culture. Men and boys are much more celebrated for sort of charging into battle. And so it looks like men don't have as much self doubt. But i think it's more about what kind of response to our self doubt is encouraged by the collective.
