The robots were both a way to test what we learned about the ants, as well as providing a new way to have robots be able to move around in the world and adapt to different conditions they might encounter. So you've got these robots which are your agents in the system and you've got a set of rules and strategies that they can adapt and use. And I was to try and simplify that to probably a ridiculous level.
