Meditation Is a Very Useful Tool for Your Mental Healing Processes

When you meditate and you can do it, you're left afterwards, gone. It's in that territory. It's like, oh my god, what? It's free. This there's here's a free thing that i can do, and it releases all these chemicals in my brain. Some people do it twice a day, three times a day. I do it when i need it. And it can be a very useful and helpful tool for your mental healp processes to get rid of negative emotions such as anger or anxiety. All that intense head thinking that keeps us out of our body is keeping us not aware of a sore foot or a pain in our tommy.
