I think one thing we can agree on is that most people are eating too much protein. There's plenty of plant foods that meet my amino acid needs. I'm not eating buckets full of garbanzo beans But you know mindful about it. It's easier and easier to eat a very nutrient poor vegan diet especially with all the analog products that are coming out.
