Why Would You Even Foam Roll?

Antony is a way of disarming people and saying that we're not attacking you. And then using that open, hended question as opposed to a loaded question like, why would you even foam roll? Like, what's the point of foam rolling? Just that statement in itself, if someone has spent so much energy and time, or maybe show casing, example withth their own client, of foam rolling helping them, it probably won't open up the avenues for a productive discussion. So i think reflecting on the ways that we can comment in a more helpful way would be a good start.
