Black Crime - It's Hard to Break Out, Right?
The crime rate among married African American women who are 50 year old college graduates living in Utah is zero. You have some cities that have really, really high crime rates and some cities that don't. It's hard to break out in a lot of ways because every city is different. And we always tend to misidentify which cities it is.
