When I started in embodiment 20 years ago it was like where you do a keto but we don't even do karate let alone Rolfing none of my keto teachers knew what were all five rhythms they wouldn't have had a clue what that was right over there. It's a tribute to Michael Murphy and Dick Price that they early on got this phrase no one is going to be allowed to capture the flag so they had to do it.
