If it's in me, i can free myself from it, because it's mine. So we recognizing the feeling of anger or the feeling of hurt at step. One step to is to practise gratitude, gratitude towards the person. I don't mean you have to go and tell them, i am so grateful to you. But internally, think about how this person is so precious for us. This person whom normally we feel hurt by, may be giving us a profound opportunity for transformation.
