How to Make Up Victims and Villains
When you are in a shitstorm, it's great to have scripts you can call on. Our brains use victims and villains to make sense of what's happening around us. Villains become villains because we assume they have bad intent. One thing to listen for in yourself is intent. If you can assume good intent, if you can believe they're doing their best, you will not get stuck in victim and villain thinking.
