The Doubts and Disappearance

In this chapter, they discuss the doubts that one character has towards Claudia and his belief that she is sabotaging them. They also mention that the character's daughter, Charlotte, goes missing and he is led to believe that Jonas and Claudia are responsible. He then goes to Adam, who confirms Claudia's involvement and offers to help him get Charlotte back if he does something for him. To save his daughter, the character goes back in time to 1953 and becomes a priest at St. Christopher's Church, where he recruits Helga to help him run experiments on the time machine by abducting boys. The chapter also clarifies that the boys do not die intentionally, but rather during the time travel process, and that Helga becomes the first successful time traveler.
