There's this notion of like, one thing it says, if you do good, then bad things won't happen to you. The next page is like the book of Job, the guy who's doing it. And so it just strikes me that this type of reconciling difficult, potentially contradictory beliefs is part of the scientific enterprise as well. So arguably, both science and religion require faith, both deal with doubt.
