Gakan: I started noticing that I was getting more and more drained by the primary care days. The tipping point started becoming more important for myself, for my family. A friend of mine who's an ER doctor had said how one of the ways that she was getting through the pandemic as an ER doctor was to start journaling. And within a week, I knew I was ready to take the plunge.
