The Diversity Trainer - I'm Just Going to Allow People to Make Anonymous Comments
i just want to return to andrea's comment about discernment, because some of these efforts have clarified for me how little capacity i have. And even if i do show up to certain conversations, that might prioritize a project that seems different. But just that kind of clarity of we only have so much capacity, because before this, universitys was sucking the life out of us. Truth is, i'm tired. I id so i only have a certain amount of resources, and i'm giving that to the students. That is renewal for me.
