Many hospitals around the world, not just in singapore, use time's own differences to get resouce augmentation. There was one example of a hospital between australia and the us. And they showed that there was no loss of outcome when you used resources. But ultimately, we have to remember that technology is not the silver bullet. It's still dependent on resources, on human capital, at least at this point in time.
