The Pathophysiology of Cervical Dystonia
There seems to be a cerebellar component to dystonia. There's one theory about surround inhibition, which is when you're doing things that need a lot of dexterity. And then there's also the role of the sensory input and sensory motor pathways. So it's very complicated and very interesting, but not completely understood for sure.
