A 22-year-old Californian cyclist set off from Washington State's Port Townsend to encycling through the Olympic National Park. Jacob was later sighted in Indian Valley and along Crescent Lake on April 5th, while in the morning of April 6th a woman drove past him as he rode down the Sol Duck Hot Springs Road. Later that afternoon she noticed his distinctive red and yellow trailer on the side of the road.
