i'm recently moved o israel, and my hebrew is not good enough. And i do want to make it better. The analytical side of my brain says i will be happier in the long run,. And i'll be more effective. So one ideas i'm about to start this is to have a personal trainer. I just have the advice of try a lot of things and see what works, see what sticks. Look for what sticks, what you keep doing. Then only in a second step you can look for effectiveness.
