I am just so happy now that the discussion about the SGR is finally moving away from the stupid, idiotic, moronic, basic, simplistic reductionist discussion. And I think what the Africa Uncensored Documentary did was focus on the question of accountability. There's many ways of expressing agency, some worse than others and being massively corrupt is definitely an expression of agency, but not a good one. What I'm very interested in this disease is what the longer fallout is going to be in Kenya and elsewhere.
