Is It Just One Side or the Other?

i don't remember exactly where i first heard this, but there was some law passed. And what happened as a lot of people went ome to their home districts and they spent more time campaigning,. Then they would just come back whenever they had to vote on something. Over the years, i you can kind of see how its devolved into like an us against them sort of a thing. But i think if we were forced to do life together, we learned to understand the people who are different from us - even if we don't agree with it.
