Introduction

The Libertarian Podcast is produced by Tom Church and Richard Epstein. This week, we look at two cases on a firm of action: one dealing with Harvard and one dealing with the University of North Carolina. The case against South Carolina as a state institution rests in large measure on the equal protection clause. And the action about Harvard is based upon the fact that since it refees federal funds, it has to agree not to discriminate on the basis of race.
