Intermittent Fasting
When i was in graduate school, after i stopped racing in the late eighties there, in early nineties, i put on like 15 pounds ini in a year. So i work out every morning for a couple of hours. If i don't ride, it's hard to make it till, say, 11 or 12 o'clock without eating. And then i get home and shower and change and whatever, read the paper, and then i can make it till 11 or 12. The latest recommend on intermittent fasting? May be for 14, 16 hours without eatingmming.
