The Promise of Moab
The idea here is you will basically conquer Moab. You will return them to vassalach. And so we can see borrowing from the way the Neoserians are dealing with their neighbors. They're going in, they're not going in just to like slap them and leave. The point is to get Moab back under our thumb because that's worth a lot of money. If the new king shows up and Moab bounces and they let him go, that puts a taint on that king.
