We all think that we're going to find satisfaction in life if we have what we want. We need to stop managing our halves and start managing our wants. Take some time to make a list of your desires and your cravings. And then make it meta cognitive, by going through that list and saying, i am detaching myself from these things. I don't mind if i get these things, but i no longer want them. The bucketless is a good place to start. For one week a month,. Don't buy anything except essentials like food. One week a month, you're not going to even look at amazon dot com or any other real thurcomor whatever
