Growth mindset doesn't work in a performance focus school. It absolutely brings a learning focus alive but this is where it gets interesting if you recognize that your school is too performance focused then you could use growth mindset as the vehicle to do that. But know that it will be hard-graft you're going to have a lot of bumps in the way and I think that's then about recruitment isn't it?
