There are conspiracy theories about the origins of COVID-19. I don't think that there's a whole lot of evidence that COVID would have been like made in a lab and used as a bio weapon. My biggest concern is state level biological weapons programs. So somebody could do a lot of DM-age with something in their basement if they actually know how to tweak viruses.
