The Power of Now

As you start meditating, you start actually wanting to move towards the positive. Eckhart Tolle wrote a whole book about it, The Power of Now. So I liken it really to an overworked computer. Too many windows open on the computer and you're robbing yourself of your full performance capabilities. It's basically like your body is so busy preparing for this imaginary tiger attack that you don't have all of your resources available for whatever your task at hand is. Does that make sense? Great.
