Getting Feedback From Clients
"I think just anything, especially with branding and web whenever you're talking about design, there's a lot of strategy involved in it that the client might not be as aware of," he says. "One thing i've been big on is telling clients how we prefer to get feedback and communication." Clients should come back within two days with their list of revisions for new features or changes they'd like to make - but don't send them more than one at a time,. He adds: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
