The Importance of Listening

I think whatever issues humans had with lack of attention, need like ability, it's just heightened. I actually still at the end of the day want to appease or please or that type of thing to get love and attention from. That was a lot of what drove me to try to look a certain way. If you ask my then self, I would say 100% for myself. It's not that you don't know better,. But that is truly how we felt, which is very valid. And so just allow yourself and allow the curiosity to kind of go there.
