How to Canned Wild Mushrooms

I think you were the one that brought up during when we last talked Matsutaki. Is that you? I would love to learn about them. Have you canned any of your wild mushrooms yet? Or preserved them in any way? Yes, we do preserve in a couple of different ways. Some we drive some morel mushrooms and lobster mushrooms. We dehydrate back before I had a dehydrator. Then the summer I would just string them up and dry them in the garage with fishing line. That worked fairly well but then got a dehydrator over time. People said that's a great way to preserve them. And then we'll sometimes make mushroom soup and then we will save that.
