The Importance of Having a Counterpoint

Kendall finds himself in a position where he has no leverage, essentially. Watching him come to terms with that is interesting in its own right. He's played by the great J Smith Cameron, who has done a lot with her husband Kenneth Lonergan. She's another one where you're like, you want to turn to her for some measure of comfort and decency. But I think the show is hip to that because obviously she's there for her own.
