How to Get Out of Bed in Half an Hour

I find that every time I have to run out of bed for something, it just like ruins the rest of my day. You feel better even if you skimp a little bit on sleep to wake up early. Like almost every day I'm like, I don't want to get out of bed. Those first few minutes is like, why am I doing this? So actually a good mental hack that I've come up with to get around that is that I will tell myself that if I still feel terrible at half an hour, I can go back to sleep. And that makes it so much easier to get out there.
