Gay men are showing more cases in that community because they're more health conscious, and they're geting tested more. But the truth is, like you said, they really don't know. So they're actually now looking at that to see if there is maybe an increase amount of virus in body fluids. Right now, it looks like person to person skin contact, or membrane to membrane contact.
