I think it's incredibly, and I'm going to do an episode here, by the way, coming up in a couple of weeks about what to look for in a coach. Sometimes we just need coaching on how to be a better leader and a CEO. And again, everything that people mentioned that they're doing is through the lens of their values. That's how we roll an accelerator. It's not like something nobody's ever done before, right? If somebody was seeing improved performance from their team and it was because they were taking the time to give context to team members and ownership to different team members,. Here again, nothing new.
