16 Kids Sue the State of Montana for Fossil Fuel Friendly Policies
16 kids in Montana are suing the state for robbing them of a clean and healthful environment with its energy policy. It will be the first trial involving a constitutional climate case, it begins on June 12th in Helena. Michael Girard is Director of the Saban Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School. He says we must move into warp speed climate action now. We don't have a moment to lose.
