Cloudflare Dashboard: How to Revoke a Client Certificate
Customers can use Cloudflare dashboard to revoke existing client certificate. Instead of immediately a failing handshake involved, revocation is optionally enforced via firewall rules. This leaves the decision to enforce revocation with the customer. So it's up to you guys. You have to know what you're doing to enable this stuff.
