The Other Side of Leadership

I've been through it several times. I'm really surprised to find that the one I had trusted was carrying on a sexual affair with someone else sometime with another person in the church. You just can't believe it. It will disillusion you when you go through that. Maybe the ministry is suffering because those people or that individual has been living a lie. When those colleagues do that, your disappointment will no-no bounds and you will be disillusioned. By the grace of God, you will catch them in it,. Or there will be signs that something is going on that shouldn't be going on.
