Culture is another thing that I believe is super, super important. You can typically tell by looking at a P&L, certain things about a leader or a practice owner's personality. If you do have core values that you are happy with, all you do is take this team cultural assessment and write down your core values. But if you don't, it's time to have some sort of a half day off site kind of brainstorming session for new core values.
