I wonder how it will play out when you have everyone owning versus a team that takes feedback kind of like customers. At this point, our engineering team is a little over 10 people but we do move even when we were building our product features,. We move people around the product area. So people get to work on different areas and like different projects. It can be less stressful as the stakes are lower.
