Calcium Is a Really Important Nutrient

Choline is a constituent and cell membranes. If you don't get enough choline, pretty much everything in the body is composed of cells. Calcium contains oxalic acid or oxalate which inhibits the absorption of calcium. Vitamin A can be converted into retinol but that's an easy way to see if you might be dealing with a deficiency.
