Making a Happy Self Care Assignment
Students were asked to make a list of three things they're grateful for every day. They could only carry over one thing from day to day, and it had to be small. The assignment was part of their happy self care assignment in the happiness course. Students also shared their home work with each other on facebook as part of the project.
