The Importance of Evidence-Based Medicine in Cervical Spine
I feel that there's not always one right way to do things in medicine, but as long as you're doing what you're doing is evidence-based, then I think that you have a strong justification for it. There is a lot of subjectivity, lack of correlation between clinical symptoms and what you're seeing on imaging. What is supported in the literature? What has been proven? What has Been clinically correlated? And that was what was important to me when all of these tweets that you see were created.
