Introduction

Anu: Have you ever had a situation where you don't agree with somebody at work? I guess that's a little bit of a silly question because it's almost inevitable, right? But how do you disagree without sounding rude or maybe more than disagree? How do you express that perhaps you understand what they're saying? The reason I want to talk about this specifically today is this has come up quite a lot recently with some of my clients. So I'd like to show you these three phrases to perhaps deal with this situation a little bit more elegantly and to give you some more variation.
