Central Bank Digital Currency

A facebook started with their a libra project, which eventually evolved in to dm as well too. They were trying to eate an exchange o, a stable coin, if you will, to be used on the facebook network. The other side of that is whelle these central banks are going to put together, their own central bank didutal currency. And they refer to this as a retail digital currency.
