How Do I Get This Other Girl Out of My Mind?

My wife a professional, more conservative woman, and the other girl is a 25 year old party girl. These women are two polar opposites of each other. We have two smallc children, so all logic points to me agreeing to get the help we need and to move on with our marriage. The only problem is that i can't get this other girl out of my mind.
