Karen: I'm actually more in Dan's camp than the investors I've been talking to. We've actually been neutral on the financials and the banks. And I like small caps, but I've told people there's plenty of other stuff to buy in small cap besides the banks. KRE: You're going to see more delinquencies, more write-offs probably are coming down to Pike. The bond market is telling a story that we've talked about for a while.
