How to Prioritize Crisis Communications to Stakeholders
When talking about crisis communications, you're not just referring to how are we going to speak to the media, right? Like it's complicated. What all does it include? Exactly. And so what we reevaluated was let's not focus necessarily on the media. Let's focus on our stakeholders. That includes a whole set of stakeholders that are going to be unique to each organization. It also includes employees, certainly as a public company, investors has to be part of that. You want to make sure that you're prioritizing your communications to those stakeholders.
