Nick, you work with traditional publishers. They have a pretty bare bones newsletter product. It probably is just like a daily or weekly roundup of links to articles that could be found on the website. I'm kind of speaking to Wayne's point about voice and trying to create some kind of differentiated product that can drive signups in and of itself. What are some of the things that you kind of advise your clients to do?
