How to Predict When a Creator Will Enter a Hot Strike?

Almost everyone they looked at had at least one hot streak in their career. Hot streaks themselves are non-random, but when that hot streak hits is totally random. The length of the streak was independent of when it happened in a creator's career. Were creators producing a larger number of things during their hot streak? Perhaps the increase in quality could be explained via increased quantity.
