Is There a Role to Nuclear?
Nuclear is one of the few proven base load zero carbon technologies out there. It's more expensive per unit of electricity, but it means you're not going to have a whole bunch of visible onshore infrastructure because of the energy density. And that's when nuclear can start to come into its own, in my sense. But yeah, I can see why the dynamics are a bit dull,. When you try to build a nuclear power station, there's like one, there's one guy trying to do it and there's a lot of people who are anti-you.
